- Log in to your Profile on the Discovery website (www.discovery.co.za)
- Click on the Portfolio tab at the top of the screen.
- Click on Update Your Details.
- You will be asked to enter a one-time password (OTP). This will be sent to your email address or in an SMS to your cellphone, depending on the preferred method of delivery you chose.
- Enter the OTP on the webpage and click Submit.
- Scroll down, under the heading Your banking details, click on Manage banking details.
- A Discovery Secure message will appear; Click on Send message.
- A window will appear on your cellphone home screen, asking you to Accept or Reject the request.
- In the text field, select or type 1 to accept the request.
- You can now update your banking details.
- Make sure you click Submit to save your changes.
We will not be able to start the bank details update process until we have received all the required information.
